The Vocational Technical Literacy Skills Test (191/291) includes two subtests. Candidates must take and pass both subtests. You may take one or both subtests at one test appointment.
Tests may include questions that will not count toward candidates' scores. These questions are placed on the test to collect information about how well they perform under actual testing conditions.
When taking both Vocational Technical Literacy Skills subtests in a single online-proctored appointment, candidates will receive a 15-minute break after the Writing subtest and before the Reading subtest. Note that after this break you will begin the Reading subtest and you will no longer have access to the Writing subtest.
