Scaled Score equals 240 + 60 times (raw minus cut over max minus cut)

Raw = achieved score on the test section.
Max = maximum possible score on the test section, i.e., the total number of points that a candidate could earn on a test section.
Cut = the number of points determined as constituting adequate performance on the test section.
For the multiple-choice section, "raw," "max," and "cut" are expressed as a number of multiple-choice questions plus a number of points for short-answer items, if any.
For the open-response section, "raw," "max," and "cut" are expressed as a number of holistic score points.
For each test section, an unrounded scaled score value is computed, with a floor of 100 applied.
